Entry Routines is an 8-week program focused on transforming how you cross thresholds into spaces. Every day we enter dozens of environments—homes, offices, shops, rooms—yet we rarely do so consciously. We're already thinking about what comes next, carrying momentum from what came before.

This program teaches you to inhabit the threshold itself. To pause. To notice the transition. To enter with awareness rather than automaticity. The result is a profound shift in how you experience arrival and presence.

8-Week Curriculum

Week 1: Threshold Awareness

Begin noticing doorways, entrances, and transitions. Develop baseline awareness of how you currently enter spaces.

Week 2: The Pause Practice

Learn to stop at thresholds. Practice the art of the intentional pause before crossing into new environments.

Week 3: Somatic Awareness

Tune into your body at thresholds. Notice breath, posture, and physical state during transitions.

Week 4: Home Entry Ritual

Design a personal practice for entering your home. Create a ritual that marks the transition from outside to inside.

Week 5: Workplace Thresholds

Apply threshold awareness to professional environments. Develop practices for entering work mode consciously.

Week 6: Room-to-Room Transitions

Extend the practice to interior thresholds. Notice and honor the boundaries between rooms and spaces.
